New Online Consultation Service

From Monday, 13th July, patients will no longer use Patchs to contact the Practice online.

Our new online consultation service, Patient Triage, is now live and ready to use.

Patient Triage is quick and easy to use. If you need to contact the Practice, we encourage you to complete an online consultation using the new service.

Although the form has a character limit, please provide as much relevant and concise information as possible. This will help our team assess your request and ensure it is directed appropriately.

We hope many patients will find Patient Triage a convenient alternative to waiting on the phone to speak with a receptionist. We also welcome your feedback to help us continue improving our services.

If you do not have access to the internet or are unable to use a computer or smartphone, you can continue to contact the Practice by calling reception.

Patient Triage can be accessed through the NHS App or directly via this website.
