PATCHs are a digital healthcare company in partnership with the NHS to provide online help for our patients. 

Patients are now able to submit an online consultation and get a response for a clinical team within 2 - 4 hours. The PATCHs team are able to deal with:

• New Health Problems
• Ongoing Health Problems
• Administration Request ( sick notes, letters, blood test results)
• Medication Requests (including repeats and one off medications)

Please be assured that all the consultations you have with the PATCHs team is also sent straight back to your GP practice for us to provide follow up care if required. 

The PATCHs Team operate Monday - Friday 08:00 am - 18:30 pm
