At Pimlico Health @ The Marven, we pride ourselves on continually developing our staff, we ensure that they complete all of the mandatory training for their role with in this sector, and we offer continued professional development for all roles both clinical and clerical.
Some examples of success are that we have trained Health Care Assistants and allowed them to gain professional qualifications in their role. We have developed our GP’s in their preferred area of specialism such as Minor Surgery, or to become a trainer GP. We offer all clerical staff vocational qualifications ranging from NVQL2 through to NVQL5.
Staff are appraised, and trained internally to ensure that when patients give us feedback on areas for improvements, we can make the required changes and adapt where applicable.
We actively monitor patient complaints, and significant events with in the practice, to allow us to continually improve our standards of delivery. We also carry our regular clinical audits to ensure that we are adhering to both local and national protocol with regards to standards of patient care.
