Brand Ambassador to be the face of the practice and promote the products and services.
Demonstrate and provide information and direction on services available to patients
Create a positive image of the practice
To welcome and appropriately advise prospective patients of the services within the practice
To register new patients in a timely manner, educating them on the practice booking options (types of appointments, repeats prescriptions, online access, other providers)
Distribute product posters, brochures, flyers etc. to patients in the appropriate opportunities
Identify and understand patient needs and requirements, through appropriate questioning, in order to signpost them to the appropriate person, in the appropriate place, and in an appropriate time frame
Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings – being seen both sides of the desk
Assisting in content creation (i.e. poster, leaflets, welcome packs, navigation packs, newsletters, service reviews, etc.)
Participating in any open day events or local health initiatives that the practice are invited too
Being seen as a local leader of knowledge with in the community
Providing feedback and insight on new products/services or pilots that that practice may endeavour to be involved in
use already established networks such as the patient participation group and relationships with other local services to market the brand
Manage private services effectively – following the current pricing guides
Willingness to contribute to improving systems and procedures
To play an integral role in educating patients about changes happening in primary care, and how this may affect their care, offering suitable alternatives where appropriate by way of care navigation
